As I sit here strumming the keyboard and pondering the content of my first blog, I realized that we are struggling to find the most effective way to communicate with you. Newsletters, e-mails, blogs, phone calls, text messages, web-based “spaces”, meetings. Frankly, it seems that I need to become effective in all areas to meet the diverse needs of the GROW group leaders. So, here is my attempt at blogging.
We are hoping this blog will include you in the theory ( the why) of what is going on. Also, we’ll share our strategies, ideas, great finds, and provide a way for you to share how disciples are GROWing in your small group. I am excited to see who will join in on our blog discussions.
