Do’s and Don’ts in Leading Small Groups
By Paul | December 13, 2007
Do encourage input and spiritual gifts, even from the immature in Christ. It is first His small group and then our small group.- Do meet at least once a month with your assistant leaders. Nurture them.
- Do call people in your group, and ask what’s happening in their lives and how you can pray for them.
- Do show appreciation to the host of the small group.
- Don’t be afraid to lead, but involve everyone.
- Don’t become too predictable in your meetings.
- Do kindness outreaches. Serve people.
