6. Don’t let anyone continually dominate (even you as the leader).
7. Deal with error with tact and wisdom, but don’t let dangerous counsel go unchecked.
8. Don’t let gossip, criticism, or sarcasm escalate–speak well of all, whenever possible.
9. When someone shares deeply, stop and pray.
10. Delegate the facilitation quickly (more than 2-3 weeks).
